The database includes non-reimbursable funding for projects that were approved from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2022. In order to preserve a clear cut off date to facilitate future surveys, no projects that started from 2023 onwards were included. Data in this study for 2023 forward represent committed allocations for grants approved in 2022 or before.
